Job Description

Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions (SSS) is the leading provider of reprocessing and remanufacturing services for single-use medical devices.


Reprocessing of single-use medical devices (SUDs) is the practice of inspecting, cleaning, function testing, sterilizing and packaging so that they can be clinically and safely used again.

The Master Data Specialist maintains the Enterprise Resource Planning (JDE/SAP) systems to support New Product Development and Production efforts at the divisional level.  Partners across the organization in leading the Item Master maintenance process efforts.  Works with quality systems team to initiate and support project improvement efforts as assigned by management. Support end users in preparation and processing Part Data.


In this role, you will:


  • Ensure Part Data Quality & Integrity through maintenance of our data systems.
  • Review, approve, and accurately enter part information in our PLM (Agile/Windchill) and ERP (JDE/SAP) systems.
  • Create, mature, develop, and maintain our ERP processes and procedures to meet business needs and regulatory requirments.
  • Be familiar with ERP system interactions with upstream and downstream systems including UDI.
  • Be the SME for quality system part processing.
  • Assist management in implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Initiate and/or implements continuous improvement actions in support of company and department goals.
  • Assist others in understanding how data and processes interact between systems.

If you have the following basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of applicable experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • JD Edwards Item Master experience preferred
  • PLM or MES experience desired
