Your Key Responsibilities 

The Master Data Junior Analyst performs responsibilities related to the integrity of master data in the ERP system. The main responsibilities of this professional include but are not limited to the following:  

Operations management

  • Drives process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Ensures Master Data request responsiveness, respecting SLA time frames
  • Ensures relevant policies and guidelines are followed and embedded into day-to-day operations
  • Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders
  • Adopts process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control) and ensures compliance to it

Control and compliance

  • Responsible for preparing SOX controls as defined by EFSSC controls framework
  • Maintains a quality-oriented culture within the team
  • Reviews, creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor or HBO degree in Finance/ Business related subjects
  • 1 year of experience in the areas of finance master data, such as: vendor, customer, items, employees, chart of accounts or shared service organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably familiar with Service Now or similar workflow management tooling
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS, etc.) – preferable
