Job Description

Provide marketing and branding support to the Stryker Neurovascular ASEAN team including but not limited to creating marketing materials, sales and market development tools, data analysis, customer communication, event coordination, tradeshows, and tracking of key initiatives aimed at exceeding divisional sales and profitability objectives.

  • Ensure Stryker Neurovascular’s Quality & Compliance policies and Guidelines are understood and strictly applied in all tasks
  • Responsible to provide administrative assistance to Business Managers in ASEAN, coordinating locally the activities with marketing as well as events, sales support, customers (not including the customer service activities), scientific societies and other stakeholders involved in the sales and marketing activities as needed.
  • Develop, administer, and analyze monthly reporting tools and data analysis for Marketing/Sales team.
  • Develop marketing tools, literature and presentations for campaigns, educational events and product launches.
  • Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards with consistency in all projects. 
  • Route materials for review and approval by regulatory and legal stakeholders. 
  • Prepare/manage internal database on regulatory documents, customer database, etc.
  • Provide exceptional support to creation of presentations, customer site visit and field interaction with customers
  • Coordinate and help facilitate physician visits (Education programs, local meetings, Fremont and Cork site visits, etc.)
  • Meeting management with vendors, societies, sales & marketing teams
  • Coordinate Tech fair / Education program / meeting booth set-up and tear down
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and ship product, demo models & literature to all marketing tech fairs, education programs, and meetings
  • Draft terms and Write contracts for HCP’s
  • Submit paperwork and obtain approvals (HCPI, legal and others)
  • Coordinate schedule/activities for Medical Education events
  • Process HCP, society and vendor payments
  • Support events (internal & external, local and int’l in-country) on site as appropriate
  • Coordinate internal communication (procedures, events, training, activities)
  • Letters to customers, societies, other external parties
  • Manage marketing literature (orders, fulfillment to sales teams, etc)
  • Prepare/manage information to support tender process (sales, customer service, etc)
  • Quality Systems Support – Assist in coordination of any field action activities for quality/regulatory organization, including gathering address information for accounts/individuals to be notified


  • At least 2 years in a sales and/or marketing support function  required
  • BS or BA in relevant field
  • Knowledge of medical device world would be an advantage.


  • Fluency in English (verbal & written) & another Asian language
  • Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated Team spirit, being flexibile & able to multitask
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding fast pace environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, producing correspondence that requires little/no additional editing
  • Demonstrated expertise in the creation of branding materials, messaging, marketing communication, etc. would be an advantage.
