Job Description

Total knee replacement is a fast-growing, exciting part of our business.  The umbrella of TKA products includes primary TKA and biomaterials.  These product lines are a major focus for the organization, contributing to over 10% of the company’s revenue. With the launch of robotics into the space, there has been an increased focus from the global selling organization. As we continue to focus on this segment and grow our market share, we expect to see this trend continue to increase.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent reports to the organization that detail the needs of our customers and provide effectiveness metrics of ongoing programs.
  • Analyze market research to identify market and customer needs and recommend existing and new product marketing strategies and programs
  • Works with supervisor and co-workers to evaluate trends in assigned segments or new, but related, markets to determine segment penetration opportunities and strategies
  • Develop annual marketing plans
  • Develop product marketing strategies within the product line and marketing function
  • Partner with product teams in the development of new and existing product programs that may include:  product naming, positioning, advertising, message development and testing, public relations, trade show planning and meeting or event planning


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field of study is required. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of marketing/product development experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence/guide cross functional teams and manage complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a business plan linked to broader business goals
