Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Manager for Stryker Performance Solutions, an emerging business providing data analytics and healthcare reform expertise to healthcare providers.

Our Marketing Manager will be based out of our Mahwah, NJ office and will work closely with our business partners to:

  • Drive brand strategy in support of Stryker’s vision, together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.
  • Develop and execute the integrated brand and marketing plan for Performance Solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to develop cohesive messaging, advertising and communications plans.
  • Develop the expertise and knowledge of the Performance Solutions products and services to be the go to person for information, presentations and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with upstream marketing on commercialization strategies for the launch of new products and services.

Education, Experience, & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in product/brand marketing, within medical, pharmaceutical, or other relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking / market analysis /competitive analysis / consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation and customer service orientation skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen related to conducting ROI.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and interact with Stryker employees, Leadership, sales representatives and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
  • Demonstrated conceptual/creative thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish (and re-establish) priorities for self and team.
