Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation, alignment and execution of the local marketing plans
Enable, educate, influence, and align the marketing team to local marketing strategy and define, track and communicate on key performance indicators
Manage talent, alignment and effectiveness within the product management team
Ensure alignment with Upstream Marketing and Research & Development, and input into all pipeline projects
Key Activities
  • Lead the research, launch, or reposition activities around products to maximize sales and growth using 4P’s and Big Picture methodology
  • Lead key initiatives to drive skill levels, efficiency, process excellence and communication among the sales/marketing organization.
  • Partner with Brand Management, SalesEd and MedEd teams to ensure executional excellence and communication
  • Liaise with Sales Leadership on Country/Regional level to ensure alignment in planning & execution
  • Leads and mentors a large team of in-country Product Managers, and embodies the five Leadership Expectations
  • Ensures European input is given for all NPD projects, and facilitates Upstream and R&D visits
  • Builds KOL programs, which feeds the innovation pipeline, and increase customer engagement with our current offering
Qualifications/ Tenure:
  • 10 years + of marketing experience of which a significant portion is within Pharma/ med-tech industry.
  • BSc/BEng/MSc/MBA degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing of large, geographically disperse teams.
  • Proven success record in leading marketing project incl. marketing plans, product launches and campaigns within healthcare industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of product management processes, planning and execution
  • Demonstrated leadership in innovating in the field of processes, marketing activities and marketing excellence
  • Strong track record as leader of cross-functional projects
  • Deep understanding of Med-Tech Industry

Job Requirements
