Job Description

This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. Coordinate the logistics of all show and lab equipment for Surgical, NSE, AGT and Interventional Spine trade shows and educational events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment and receipt of equipment for trade shows, labs and educational events
  • Order disposable products for shows, labs, and educational events
  • Maintain marketing sample inventory

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must be able to lift equipment cases
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.)

Mental Requirements:

  • Must be able to coordinate details for multiple events at one time
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.)

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills
  • Must be able to resolve problems with independent judgment

Education:

  • High school diploma

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
