Job Description: Coordinates the delivery and supports the design of advertising/marketing communications materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Coordinates and supports the development of multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles requires a university degree. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience. 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support current brand, using existing fundamental principles.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to propel creative brand strategy and execute best creative solution for complex challenges in digital, print, and experience arenas.
  • Demonstrate passion for detailed design, capturing the big picture and thinking next steps for long term strategy and vision for identity management.
  • Create marketing materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, posters, mailers, invitations, newsletters, advertisements, etc.), exhibits materials (e.g. pop-ups, roll-ups, etc.), and digital materials from conception through design, review and final production based on the corporate identity guidelines.
  • Design and create graphical interfaces for all Stryker websites
  • Coordinate and execute printing jobs, including proof and press checks, to assure that the printed result conforms to corporate design and quality standards.
  • Manage available visuals, ensuring that those in use are not obsolete and reflect current design standards.
  • Ensure that the marketing material is produced right on time as scheduled in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Promote, uphold and defend the integrity of corporate design and brand standards.
  • Produce superior design solutions that meet brand objectives and customer needs.  Ensure that all images which are used in Corporate Marketing materials are of high quality, retouched correctly and reflect brand values and guidelines.
  • Generate ideas and provide support to promote and grow the Stryker global brand; work closely with product divisions and marketing team to define, produce and execute marketing campaigns, corporate strategy and original concepts.
  • Marketing event support- Work with product teams to determine participation in events, Work with product teams and sales force to determine required products and logistics for events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 0-2 years relevant experience required.
  • Basic understanding of marketing communications and communication strategy preferred.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
  • Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people.
