For this great opportunity we are recruiting a local talent who just graduated a Master or Bachelor degree interested in commercial career at Stryker Belgium.

We are looking for a candidate fluently in both French and English living in or around Brussels/ Zaventem.

The Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing teams to implement the marketing strategy of the Surgical Products division (surgical equipment) to optimize customer satisfaction and increase market share.

Main missions

- Support for the implementation of the strategy of the division Surgical Belgium for sale and marketing.

- Sales Support: support land & answer technical questions on products or concurrence.

- Participation in medical training and support for events involving customers.

Main responsibilities

- Provide support to sales teams addressing or solving questions / issues of clients

- Participate evaluations products, presentations

- customers Adapt marketing tools to the local market

- Participate in client events (trade shows , medical training ...)

- Comment on the new product development process and gather feedback on the voice of the customer on new concepts of products

- Support training in marketing or sale

- Work with sales representatives and marketing teams to identify product enhancements

- develop a strategy for communicating with the trade representatives on updates products

- Maintaining and developing the internal knowledge management system through periodic updates, sharing best practices and uploading relevant content

- Work closely with teams of customer service and logistics to understand the production capacity,establish timetables and establish product schedules

- Coordinate with sales team and sales representatives an efficient allocation of products to customers.

- Working with the customer service team on the management of complaints, and quality service processes and communicate these processes sales teams needed.


- University graduate in Business Studies or specialization in Marketing;

- You are a leader, ambitious and you want to have success;

- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships;

- You demonstrate fast learning ability, problem solving;

- You are rigorous and organized;
- You enjoy teamwork and are proactive;

- You want to develop your career in marketing and sales and be a future leader;

- You have a strong proficiency in French/Dutch and our business language English.

- You have a car license for your missions require frequent travel.
