Job Overview

This position assists with the implementation of sales and marketing programs for Orthopaedics (Recon, Trauma and Extremities).  This will include developing and analyzing sales reports to provide market trends, optimizing operational support and providing end user support in answering product inquiries.  Customer facing responsibilities include account conversion project management, presentations, medical education program support and surgical case coverage. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Marketing team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.


Individual Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales reporting systems to provide market trend reports
  • Provide analysis and sale reporting to orthopaedic leadership to facilitate improved sales force management
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and develop solutions.  Work with the operations, finance teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Analyze internal data sources and systems to identify data integrity errors and provide corrections and/or solutions
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize asset utilization
  • Preparation and presentation of sales and marketing presentations and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Manage the participation of Stryker Canada employees at US Orthopaedic training and education programs.
  • Assistance with development and delivery of marketing programs and execution of sales promotions
  • Manage/update the creation of survival guides/price books to reflect current pricing and work with the finance department to reflect current commission rates
  • Manage the Orthopaedic capital selling programs including the development of quoting tools and ensuring orders are placed and delivered efficiently
  • Answering product inquiries from customers, sales force and internal stakeholders
  • Provide and develop content for monthly marketing reports, shared sales rep resource drive and product launches
  • Assume responsibility for technical and marketing support of specific products as designated by management
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
