Job Description

Lead report out of metrics at daily Tier 1 meetings

Communicate daily staffing allocation to the team based on business need/absence

Oversee work station certification and cross-training

Manage daily attainment of capital unit and service order productivity goals

Complete 6S audits and Gemba Walks of assembly lines

Evaluate and prioritize rework

Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency and ergonomics on the assembly line

Ensure team has material, equipment, documents and training necessary to achieve daily productivity goals

Forecast and communicate component parts needs for daily build to relevant support groups

Work closely with Production Team Leader to promote efficiency, engagement and growth within the team
