What you will do  
The Manufacturing Engineer will be in charge of improving production processes through analysis and problem-solving methodology. Some of the core functions for this position are listed below:

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing activities of Manufacturing Engineers functions.
  • Implements and develops production work flows, production systems, analyzes, recommends and implements improvements on processes.
  • Develop and document operating procedures and work instructions with the focus on continued productivity and quality.
  • Develop and execute of equipment and process validation (IQ, OQ & PQ).
  • Work Instructions creation.
  • Production personnel training support.
  • Implementation of Continues Improvement Projects.
  • Process Trending and Support (Scrap KPI, Downtime, Efficiency & Productivity).

Who you need

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced in Radio Frequency is a plus.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product transfers or new product introduction.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Radio Frequency is a plus.
