What will you do

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible to Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain manufacturing methods, operations sequences and processes to manufacture and/or assemble components and/or finish devices.  Adheres to quality and quality standards by following directions and blueprints to meet specifications. Know and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the manufacturing engineering specialization with guidance from SMEs.

Who we want

B.S in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline

1-3 years’ experience; Related master’s degree with 2 or more years of experience

Collaborates with plant leader and supply planning partners to maintain a manufacturing capacity plan and ensure site capacity continues to meet product demand

Identifies and implements ergonomic improvements

Identifies sources of waste in production and implements changes that drive cost, quality, and delivery.

Partners with operations, materials, advance operation, product engineering, and other groups to solve manufacturing issues and drive customer satisfaction
