Job Description: The Manager, Sales Enablement, is responsible for both the development of the SSS sales force and the customer-facing education/service programs within the Sustainability Solutions portfolio. The Sales enablement function will own sales force education, including pre-requisite
education, onboarding structure, classroom curriculum and training and sales education platforms. Additionally, as the SSS portfolio evolves, this role will own the commercialization and execution of the various education/service options to be offered by Sustainability Solutions to their
customers, including Electrophysiology (EP) education and other programs offered now and in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

▪       Create and administer sales training curriculum for the SSS sales force, including entry-level, advanced and specialized sales force curriculum

▪       Develop specialized sales curriculum based on the evolving specialization needs of the SSS sales force

▪       Partner with Sales, Service, Human Resources and Corporate Accounts on the respective onboarding and development plans for roles within the sales and service functions

▪       Create specialized learning tracks for focused sales force resources

▪       Partner with Marketing Services to create onboarding and continuing education content for the sales and service teams

▪       Partner with Sales and Service to implement a field-based experiential education platform

▪       Develop pre-requisites, testing, and a cadence for ensuring sales and service force development

▪       Engage third parties to supplement gaps in current and future sales education capabilities

▪       Create and implement metrics to measure baseline competency and improvement over time for sales and service resources

▪       Align with sales and service functions on a shared accountability plan for the sales and service functions

▪       Hires and develops talent to execute the Sustainability Solutions’ education programs

▪       Aligns strategically with Sales, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Finance, and other key functions on service commercialization

▪       Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing education/service programs, like EP education

▪       Responsible for customer-facing education/service strategy and content development

▪       Directs the efforts of others to develop Marketing collateral in conjunction with the  Marketing Services group

▪       Develop and facilitate customer education programs to increase revenue streams

▪       Lead service/education commercialization, voice of customer and onsite support programs

▪       Contribute meaningful input into the strategic direction of Division clinical education programs

▪       Ensures direct reports are current with applicable and appropriate licensure, certifications, and other relevant competencies

▪       Develops network of key opinion leaders (KOL) for service platform offerings

▪       Partners with Marketing, Business Development, and Senior Leadership to propose and evaluate new market opportunities

▪       Partners with Marketing Services to assist in developing communications strategy for target customer audience

▪       Leads implementation planning and participates in key customer visits to support product portfolio

▪       Adhere, without exception, to Corporate compliance and ethics policies

Minimum Qualifications:

▪       Bachelor’s degree required

▪       Master’s degree preferred

▪       Minimum 2-3+ years management experience preferred

▪       7-10+ years of Marketing, sales or related experience required

▪       Strong mentorship and demonstrated leadership capabilities

▪       Excellent customer service, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and presentation skills

▪       High-impact interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a clinical environment

▪       Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment

▪       Must be able to set direction and priorities, as well as consistently add value for  divisional resources and customers
