Job Description

Provide leadership to a team responsible for managing/driving the logistic/administrative aspect of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Consulting program for Stryker Orthopaedics. Accountable for the customer service component related to interactions with HCPs established by Stryker/medical industry and a key point of contact for questions regarding HCP Consultant engagement.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience leading/managing a staff
  • Demonstrated ability in leading a team of professionals in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage processes to ensure timely outcomes as well as documentation integrity.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills needed to liaison between KOL’s and corporate.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues to key business owners and physicians.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
