Job Description: The Manager, Customer Engagement Innovations (CEI) leads efforts related to customer site visits (360), strategic planning calls (WAR), and tradeshow experiences (VIP), with a primary focus on Orthopedic Instruments (OI) and Surgical Technologies (ST) activities, followed by secondary responsibilities for account management of legacy OI/ST hospital partnership programs (MVP). This role will be responsible for communicating, implementing, and continuing to execute upon the OI/ST vision of this program; working with leadership level customers and cross-pollinating best practices across major hospitals and networks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will work with sales reps, regional managers, CAMs/NAMs, and MVP Support team to support customer adoption of the MVP Program.
  • Will plan and participate in MVP Site visits.
  • Will lead the implementation of the MVP Program nationwide
  • Will lead periodic Business Reviews with MVP Accounts .
  • Will be responsible for continuous improvement of the existing program.
  • Will support communication to key stakeholders of program updates, including requests and justification for additional divisional support.
  • Will assist in tracking the value and success (both for the customers and for syk) of the MVP Plan in MVP Accounts.
  • Will assist in the capture and communication of new product or service value propositions.
  • Responsible for the capture and communication of best practices across iBond content.
  • Responsible for leading Customer Engagement Visits, and all other customer facing programs as a part of the CEI program (AAOS/AORN).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years experience in project management, process improvement, marketing , sales or related position required
  • Industry experience including experience within a hospital and/or medical manufacturer preferred
