The Logistics Analyst is responsible for system evaluation, auditing & trending, risk assessment, continuous improvement projects and driving process improvements.

Specific responsibilities of the Logistics Analyst include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct and coordinate projects to improve cost, quality and service
  • Perform project scheduling, resource leveling, and cost estimation and control
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and lead multifunctional project teams
  • Analyze customer requirements, design changes and other data to develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage to evaluation stage
  • Audit, trend and analyze 3PL systems, procedures and daily activities
  • Train and be bridge between Stryker and 3PL provider
  • Communicate and present ideas, projects, and metrics to the appropriate people in the organization, including senior executives, customers and strategic suppliers
  • Continuously developing expertise in all related quality and regulatory areas of the business (DOT, revenue recognition, FDA compliance, safety, ADVAMed, international trade regulations, etc.)
  • Actively participate in the ongoing development of a corporate culture that strives to achieve the highest ethical standards.  This is accomplished by conducting all business affairs ethically and lawfully and by ensuring open, honest communication without fear of retaliation
  • Participate or represent Supply Chain Operations during regulatory audits


A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.

Ideal candidates will also possess the following skills/experiences:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Planning or Lean Manufacturing Environment
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP (e.g.: AS400, JDE, SAP) is required; SAP experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: PowerBI, Tableau) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with little or no guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Successful candidates must have good communication and computer skills, a customer service orientation, self-motivated, very organized, enthusiastic, detail oriented, resourceful, willing and able to work long hours (including overtime as required), and possess a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills and proven intercultural competences to interact within our international working environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
