To set the team up for success we are currently recruiting a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Sydney!

This role exists within Operations and supports the Logistics Manager with the management of freight contracts and relationships on a day to day basis. This role specifically focuses on:
  • the day-to-day management of all inbound and outbound freight invoicing
  • auditing and payment to ensure all charges and data are captured consistently and costs allocated accurately to help identify opportunities for Stryker’s Logistics network.
  • being first point of escalation for any logistics enquiries
  • executing freight requests from the wider SSP teams
  • delivering freight effieciency projects
In this role, you will:
  • Proactively manage the relationships with all logistics freight providers used by SSP to ensure an effective partnership is achieved.
  • Audit and analyse freight invoice data to gain expenditure and service efficiencies.
  • Communicate and escalate potential breaches of SLA’s with each LSP to Logistics Manager.
  • Maintain GRIR to ensure aging balances are minimised and proactively working with suppliers in addressing invoicing issues.
  • Develop and implement of procedures that will drive service improvements and optimise costs.
  • Actively participate in quarterly business reviews to assess performance against SLAs and identify further opportunities for partnership and efficiency gains.
A bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in logistics or management along with 1-2 years logistics or distribution experience will ensure your success in this role.
