What this role will do

The Lead Talent Acquisition Analyst- Process is responsible for the design continuous improvement of all Global TA Processes and Technology.  The Lead Analyst’s role is a constant pursuit for innovation, advancement and improvement.  They will be challenged to partner with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to most effectively and efficiently find, attract, and hire the best talent.  The Lead Analyst will report to the TA Innovation Senior Manager.

You will have the opportunity to: 

•Constantly pursue innovation and improvement of the TA function through process and technology.•Lead process improvement efforts utilizing the plan, do, check, act continuous improvement cycle•Assess and identify opportunities in the talent acquisition processes and tools to simplify the talent acquisition, hiring manager, and candidate experiences that lead to more efficient and effective recruiting, screening, and selection process while ensuring data integrity, reporting, and compliance with legal and client requirements•Drive the identification, testing and execution of new technology solutions.

•Partner with HR Operation’s systems team to maintain and improve TA technology including reviewing, testing and approving release of features and functionalities for current and new recruiting software implementation such as version updates to the Workday Recruiting module•Partner with operations team to implement process, system or program changes incorporating training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption within the geographic regions•Drive compliance with local government regulations and data integrity of ATS system through accountability, process design, training and technology

What You Need

Strongly preferred:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Recruitment (in-house and agency)
  • Led multiple major Talent Acquisition projects
  • Project management experience
  • Process mapping experience
  • Experience with an ATS or Recruitment CRM (preferably Workday)
  • Experience in leveraging TA technology to make efficient processes and solutions.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience


•Bachelor’s Degree required.

•5+ years process improvement or other relevant experience

•Must have demonstrated experience of driving large scale continuous improvement in process or systems.

•Must be able to work with global teams and manage flexible work schedule as needed to drive projects in different time zones

•Must be able to travel 25% of time.

•“Problem Solver”- Must thrive when working on complex challenges, identifying and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and ensure compliance of the TA organization
