Job Description

key responsibilities / outputs and its respective activities /input:

  • Implement the Corporate and APAC supply chain structure and objectives
  • Lead to define/setup order management process and robust demand planning processes/tools with key stakeholders across commercial and back office teams for APAC
  • Lead alignment to generate consistent procurement plan for Mako and other franchises, work with upstream suppliers, logistics, 3PL to improve the supply availability and transparency
  • Knowledge center for of Mako related Ordering Process for APAC (i.e. Standard BOM for all combinations)
  • SPOC for regular review with suppliers (Mako) to improve shipment quality / reliability
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Support sales and marketing team to ensure on time customer deliveries
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaint
  • Drive functional continuous improvement, owner to lead efforts to improve everything around planning and order management processes, root cause problem solving, interface with IT to deploy system and tool strategy
  • Responsible and assist on all internal or external audit to gather the required document within department
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by company per required

Key Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong background in order management, forecasting and planning, expert in building up hierarchy and framework
  • Solid analytical skill, excellent data processing skill
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese required
  • Min 8 years working experience in order management supply chain planning from multinational environment
  • Strong project experience and leadership with high integrity, efficient presentation skill
  • Self-motivate and confidence in managing expectations and lead discussions
  • JDE / SAP implementation experience a strong plus
