Basic Function

This role will be responsible for leading Customer Service(Order to Cash) related projects which will require and is not limited to pulling through and /or leading project mile stones and the schedule, collaborating with other functions, tracking results, developing evidence, to deliver the final holistic supply chain objectives. Also, this role needs to develop a database to analyze the opportunity in daily customer service operation for business team (or project) from the huge volume of data.


  • Lead automation projects (such as EDI implementation) for the operation accuracy/the productivity improvement working closely with other supply chain functions and IT department.
  • Leads the assessment, dashboard maintenance and ongoing tracking of customer efficiency and solutions with cross functional teams.
  • Validate the cost competitiveness and negotiate with venders  
  • Work with Global/APAC team for the projects and sharing the knowledge
  • Review and analyze the service level/quality metrics for continues improvement
  • Work closely with other supply chain functions for execution

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • Can demonstrate Stryker value
  • Metrix management experience
  • Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Strong internal and external customer care mind

Education/Special Training Required

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English – Business level
