Job Description

As the Lead Security & Controls you will be responsible for ensuring that risks within the access management process are mitigated and controlled. This to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations in the different ERP Systems used within Europe.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Engaging with senior personnel throughout the European business to define clear roles and responsibilities in the ERP systems following the role base access (RBA) model
  • Monitors that new roles and access are granted following the RBA
  • Coordinate Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflict management to ensure minimum number of conflicts in the ERP systems
  • Coordinate Periodic Access Reviews (PAR) for the different ERP Systems within Europe to ensure that the right people have the right access
  • Perform regular business processes evaluation to ensure mitigating controls are effective and properly documented
  • Ensure internal control documentation is maintained
  • Ensure processes comply with Corporate policies and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on interim and annual audits.

Job Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience working in Oracle or SAP in the area of Security & Controls
  • Knowledge in Compliance, Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley Act
  • Experience with CS Comply, GRC or similar is desirable
  • Previous IT Audit experience is desirable
  • Ability to work with peers and management to achieve objectives
  • High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
  • Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Time management capabilities: plans, prioritizes and organizes multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadline
