Stryker Spine is growing our business and looking for a Lead Sales Commissions Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and grow your career with us too!

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the business initiatives of Stryker Spine’s sales force.  The Lead Sales Commissions Analyst will provide training, project management, financial insight, analysis and perspective, and will take on a leadership role when required.

What You Will Do:

  • Calculate sales commissions according to sales compensation plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Update sales compensation system with actual sales results, individual quotas, employee information, and compensation plan information.
  • Build and maintain annual compensation plan models within the Xactly Incent compensation system.
  • Work with payroll on meeting reporting and payroll deadlines.
  • Assist in calculating monthly commission/royalty accruals.
  • Communicate any commission changes/corrections in a timely manner to all relevant team members.
  • Answer and resolve royalty/commission questions and issues
  • Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior team members

What Stryker Is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years related experience (sales operations/data analytics strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Excel and Access
  • Experience with Cognos, PowerBI, JDE preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, financial project management and prioritize workload
  • Take a leadership role with junior staff as needed and lead projects as they arise
  • Prepare, distribute and ensure accuracy of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting packages

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 10%
