Job Description

Main objective / purpose of the role:Main objective / purpose of the role:

  • Run portfolio management through the entire product life cycle for the sustainable growth. Manage phase-in & out timeline for continuous business growth
  • Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategy, including new product launch and integration of newly acquired products.
  • Execute relevant marketing activities such as KOL management, promotions, training, material development, etc.
  • Close communication with corporate team and build collaborative relationship. Keep up with global team’s business direction and get suitable supports in order to maximize local opportunity.
  • Deliver productive collaboration with back-office for such as demand planning, product registration, pricing and expense.

  • Insight on relevant market and capability to grab market opportunity.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skill
  • Leadership to be influential in the responsible business as marketer

Key Deliverables:

  • Annual budget and expense
  • 5 year strategic plan and annual marketing plan
  • Execution based on plan and quick adjustment if necessary 
  • Productive collaboration with sales and technical service team.   

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Sales experience 2+ years
  • 5+ years marketing experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge and understanding in the applicable area
  • Good verbal & written English communication skill
  • Proficient on MS office
