What you will do

As the Lead Marketing Specialist, you will have an advanced level of responsibility and is the owner of Marketing for Medical Division in Eastern Europe, Russia and Israel region which covers many elements of Marketing.

  • Responsible for Marketing for Medical Division in Eastern Europe, Russia and Israel
  • Provides support to sales team including BDM, area manager and BUD as well as indirect channels in the development and sales support of several marketing segments.
  • Develops and executes Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Works closely with Central marketing team for aligned strategy and to leverage tools, programs and central events.
  • Develops, drives and has ownership in local tactics, initiatives, actions and campaigns to drive business results
  • Identification, planning, organization, and execution of marketing events, TPECs, congresses, and other professional education activities
  • Assist with must-win product evaluations, tenders, or customer presentations
  • Performs sales and marketing analysis, owns literature localization and development, develops and adapts marketing tools, provides and promotes educational platform tools, presentations or publicity. 
  • Drives programs around indirect channel engagement
  • Gathers internal and external market insights, learning trends, etc for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholder
  • Develops and executes internal and external education plans, providing sales training's and workshops as well as driving new product launches. Partner with Internal Education team to ensure sales force competency
  • Develops and drives customer engagement programs, events and marketing campaign execution. Also owns related compliance processes.
  • With support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Direct sales and indirect channel support in the field
  • 50% Business Travel

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree, specialism would depend on role focus
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • At least 4-5 years sales/marketing experience with at least 2 years within a major medical or pharmaceutical manufacturer/provide
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects effectively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
