Job Description

- Process all transactions, such as journal entries, accruals, month-end allocations in a timely manner and in compliance with US GAAP.
- Assigned accounts are properly reconciled and documented in accordance with department and Corporate P&P.  Maintain documentation to support account balances in a manner that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records.
- Complete month-end processes to achieve an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.  Complete assigned SEC reporting schedules.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding areas of assigned responsibility

- Support the audit process and provide documents as necessary to facilitate the completion of audit requests.  Update SOX Narratives as requested.

-Work with the Senior Manager and the Director/Assistant Controller to prepare analyses and research issues as directed.

-Request and compile information for various Corporate and Tax requests.
- Assist in analyzing  and recording the Bad Debt Reserve requirement, GRNI and Legal Fees & Settlements
