What you will do
Using data and analytics from the business' past performance and future projections, develop and coordinate the activities of functional teams within Customer Care and the Communication business unit. This data and analytics and will drive high quality standards, expense management, capacity, customer satisfaction and hitting financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Will plan, develop, coordinate and ensure the implementation of activities for the functional teams within Customer Care and the Communications BU. Adheres to schedules and focuses on methods that will lead to attainment of goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Will assist in planning and administering procedures and budgets for Customer Care.
- Will assist in planning and forecasting revenue projections for the Communications business unit.
- Will make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect and/or overtime labor.
- Will partner with front line management and leadership across Customer Care to help them run their teams more efficiently and help them hit KPO's.
- Will submit periodic reports, in writing and in person, to appropriate personnel.
- Partners with the Manager, Customer Care Operations team, Project Services Managers and senior leaders from the Communications business unit to set overall goals and priorities.
- Using Data and Analytics, will suggest required process improvement needs and partner with functional groups to see though execution.
- Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, then process, design and present it in ways to help people and the business make better decisions.
- Create and assists in the development and maintenance of Standard Work
- Assists with related special projects as required.
- Has the independence and authority to perform required tasks to ensure all provisions of the quality system are met.
- Able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact.
- Peer leader of the Customer Care Operations team and field based Project Managers and Project Engineers providing mentor-ship and direction.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
What you need
- B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic PC skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in MS PowerBI
- 6+ of related experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate with others in large groups and telephonically.
- Must have good visual acuity and demonstrate fine motor skills.
- Ability to operate common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, telephone, etc.).
- Must be able to generate detailed proposals, guidelines, priorities and procedures.
- Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
- Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a division-wide effect.
- Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
