Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership of process improvement projects and development of metrics for team measurement and performance.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions for executive leadership.
  • Audit and support integrity of Master Data and Reporting attributes for these business needs.
  • Provide key input for design and functionality of new development on Encompass or other adjacent platforms.
  • Responsible for development, prioritization, and ongoing maintenance of our development portfolio. Collaborate with technical support.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with divisional users to help ensure a smooth user experience at each division.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for all Encompass processes.
  • Responsible for the integration of new business models and acquisitions onto the Encompass platform.
  • Guide/supervise junior staff on their key duties & responsibilities.
  • Perform back-up duties for the Encompass Manager.

Education & Special Trainings

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analyst and/or project management role.
  • Data Science experience is preferred.
  • Data management and translation skills to turn data into information and knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as business acumen and ability to apply independent judgment.
  • Detailed oriented yet capable of grasping the big picture.
  • Able to work under time pressures without comprising accuracy.
  • Strong customer service focus and team collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Comfort and willingness in utilizing other technology platforms (SAP, SQL, Azure, etc)
  • Strong project managements skills including the ability to plan, execute, and control projects under tight time constraints.
  • Collaborative and flexible with a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with Leadership and users.
