Job Description

Collaborate with managers and staff from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Customer Service teams to develop and maintain all Sales/Marketing Contracts. Develop tools to analyze and evaluate our current pricing structure with GPOs, Distributors and Government contracts. Provide review and analysis of all pricing to ensure consistency and pricing compliance. Provide direction to Sales managers in the identification of opportunities for improvement in their pricing systems, processes, procedures and controls that ensure compliance to external governance

  • Provides direction and support in the development of contracts and strategic pricing plans.
  • Reviews and analyses all Pricing reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of the results.
  • Interprets Pricing results to senior management to ensure understanding and applicability and identifies risks and opportunities to the plans.
  • Develops and communicates analytical information to financial manager/senior staff in an effort to drive business changes and to improve financial position.
  • Determines required changes needed in policy and procedure to ensure strong margin performance.
  • Develops effective relationships to drive change throughout the organization to improve profits.
  • Ensures proper controls for department transactions are implemented and followed to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction by providing positive leadership, teamwork and empowerment to solve problems through a consultative approach with honesty and integrity to provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required
  • 5 years experience in finance or relation position.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical/critical thinking skills.Strong results orientation with high degree of attention to detail.
