What You Will Do

The Lead Analyst, Sales Operations and Pricing manages and appraises the implementation and execution of sales operations, including quota setting, compensation plans, territory alignment, etc. systems and process.  Will act as a business liaison to regional managers and sales leaders to optimize sales performance.

  • Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the designated business unit.
  • Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and development materials 
  • Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas.  
  • Will be a liaison between the assigned business unit to sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management matters.
  • Will execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
  • Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
  • Will provide training on sales tools and processes to others as requested.
  • Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics.
  • Will improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency,  accuracy and business and sales growth.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years relevant experience required.
  • Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, pricing and reporting preferred.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with high level business leaders in multiple functional areas.
  • Proven performance in both strategic and tactical support.
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment, leveraging internal and external partners to meet the needs of the business.
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
