What You will Do:

The Kit Build Team Leader will lead the build and Instrument return teams, helping maintain the Company’s kit build activities by improving processes whilst meeting customer service and quality.

You will take day to day responsibility for ensuring all consignment orders and Instrument returns are being processed efficiently, coordinating the team based on varying workload.

The team leader will also be responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is processed and stored correctly with returned assets and track asset activities throughout the year, including an official count in Q4.





What You Need:

Qualifications / education required:

GCSE or higher

Experience required:

  • 2+ years experience in general operations, manufacturing or logistics including a customer facing role.
  • Ideally experience of running a shift or leading a team in a similar environment
  • Experience of business process analysis and leading improvement initiatives.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable:

  • Lean Six Sigma green / black belt qualified and have experience in leading lean process projects.
  • Experience of reverse logistics, consignment businesses and / or medical devices.
