Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the tenders/Quotation/General Agreement management in accordance with the directives of the Sales Managers / or Directors\KAD  in order to maintain and develop the business and acquire new customers
  • Work actively with the Customer Service, Finance and all the other internal departments to ensure synergies and business effectiveness.
  • Ensure that Tenders management is systematically appropriate to facilitate business acquisition (new customers)
  • Provide to Regional Sales Managers all the data related to economic conditions (products, services, prices, discounts, etc.) in terms of product, unit, value, region by region along with any other information (specifications, tender, competition) to assist the formulation of strategies for sales and mktg. Also for activities after tender awarding. 
  • Recognize products included in portfolio Stryker for tender scouting activity to all levels (different scouting channels)
  • Manage post awarding activities;
  • Manage all activities and perform all documents needed to comply legal requirements for tenders;
  • Support Customer service for pricing overlapping and discrepancies
  • Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour).

  • Experience in using computerized Procurement applications (ERP) with a good understanding of how they work
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and legal processes
