Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities and duties

  • Lead the Manage services team of operations.
  • Participates in the design, construction, installation and troubleshooting of Integration platforms.
  • Investigate, implement, and maintain advanced system monitoring tools to ensure the uptime and reliability of all systems under operational span of control.
  • Mentor and train operation teams in the use of IT systems.
  • Act as escalation point in the local time zone.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of operation processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency.
  • Outline the SOW and KB articles, reviews and approves it. Also ensures proper utilization of same.
  • Responsible for working with onshore and offshore technical leads/supervisors, optimizing the onshore/offshore resource model.
  • Participate in future technology road map and retirement of on out dated environments.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, architect development leads to understand upcoming projects, deployment and hyper care.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in managing a production support team.
  • Experience in UNIX, Oracle SOA Suite or MuleSoft or SAP PI.
  • Experience in CI/CD (Most Preferred)
  • Hands on experience on server scripting including WSLT, ANT, PERL, SHELL, Power Shell is advantageous.
