The Inventory Analyst manages the lifecycle of all products within the SSP portfolio and ensures appropriate plans are in place for each step in the maturation process.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to product managers in their NP proposals. E&O risks, ROI calcs, DC requirements etc.
  • Track all NPP’s to their approved investment/revenue levels, report on performance and highlight deviations.
  • Working with the demand manager, advise product managers and supply teams on appropriate starting and replenishment inventories for all launch products.
  • Set demand and net requirement plans for the IBP process in line with the corporate guidance expectations.
  • Support demand manager with new business acquisitions.
  • Last time and ROHS gap bulk buy management.
  • Develop key performance indicator metrics and reports for managing product lifecycles.
  • Working with global and local PLC partners, communicate lifecycle changes to appropriate parties and agree on way forward for each.
  • Update PLC’s in JDE to match local lifecycles and maintain accurate files within the MM.
  • Report and present performance figures at monthly demand reviews.
  • Highlight all phase out product groups and work with product managers to understand risk to end customers and quota achievement.
  • Highlight all phase out product groups and work with demand manager to agree on a plan to erode inventory and resupply triggers.
  • Understand the dependencies between phase in & phase out product ranges and set appropriate supply and demand plans to ensure product removal and availability.
  • Work with the supply chain to help hitting DOH/DII targets by analysing the data and developing the processes to move stock between the different locations.

  • Ability to understand and manipulate data
  • Ability to build relationship with different stakeholders
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Supply Chain experience desirable
