Job Mission

The internship is to support the development, launch and expansion of value added solutions in the T&E division in Europe, including communication plans, business models, and enabling tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility is for European region
• Assist with design and launch of new programs within the T&E division, working closely with sales and marketing teams
• Assist with execution of pilot projects and measuring success
• Develop communications strategy and supporting marketing assets (i.e. videos) around new programs launched in Europe
• Manage online platforms and digital tools related to value added solutions
• Support development of business models around new programs
• Collect and analyze customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed to drive progress and timelines

Education/Experience Requirement:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree, ideally in marketing, communications, economics, or health sciences
• Ideally looking for a career in marketing and/or healthcare
• Experience and success working with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds

Competencies:

• Strong initiative and self-management
• Ability to work independently with guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, at least one other language preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, particularly time management and prioritization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Performance driven, results orientated

Internship information and requirements:

• We are searching for a talented intern living or willing to relocate to Amsterdam area (on its own support and cost)
• This internship has a minimum duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible (40 hours a week)
• Stryker will pay an internship allowance of max 400 euro gross monthly for Master Degree Students
• For the full duration of the internship you need to be registered to a European University
• You need to have a full work/ student visa that allows you to work in the Netherlands
• We prefer candidates able to start in our European office, but we are open to other Stryker locations as well: Malmö Sweden, Pusignan France or Duisburg Germany. Please note you need to be a local student or hand over a visa to work in any of these locations.
