Job Description:  Coordinates and manages sales support through the education and the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary contact for OUS sales teams
  • Communicates product/project updates to OUS sales teams
  • Supports International Marketing Plan development
  • Manages projects to support international growth and compliance
  • Supports the exploration of emerging markets (ANZ, Japan, LATAM)
  • Drives inventory levels and forecasting for all OUS markets
  • Provides support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Helps to coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity.
  • Routes and owns CMR process internally for all OUS marketing materials
  • Provides sales support to account managers in regard to fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain an up-to-date library of competitive product information.
  • Conduct product roundtables with key stakeholders (ie: RA/QA, Production, Engineering, Trade Compliance, and Customer Service) to align CMR and PAR projects.
  • Provide sales training on assigned products, as required.
  • Participate and schedule customer/OUS team visits as needed.
  • Participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities and new markets, as necessary.
  • Coordinate orders with customer service and shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide sales force with competitive and technical data on a timely basis.
  • International sales analytics point person on pricing matrix and analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field required
  • 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Project Management or Advertising
  • Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills are essential. 
  • Project management experience preferred

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 20%
