Join our Medical Education & Marketing division as a Corporate Communications Manager based in Sydney.

  • Drive organisational change through developing and managing corporate communications
  • Deliver key organisational messages to promote company vision, mission, values, and strategy
  • Create internal employee communications such as monthly newsletters, quarterly town halls and recruitment drives
  • Develop and implement materials and services to support the marketing and branding of Stryker, both internally and externally
  • Support the leadership team and senior management in relation to communication initiatives
  • Advise and guide the leadership team and senior leaders in delivering key organisational messages
  • Oversee content development for key internal communication pieces
  • Build large and small scale communication plans in relation to organisational needs
  • Assist with marketing communications activities including the governance of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement
  • Manage the effective internal delivery of company news, announcements, marketing event calendars and other communications
  • Plan, develop, implement and manage complex internal and external communication strategies and materials which contribute to the organisational goals
  • Prepare high level written material including speeches, PowerPoint presentations, media releases, memorandums, feature stories, reports and newsletters reflecting the relevant key messages and in line with corporate branding guidelines
  • When required, coordinate media services, including researching and writing media releases and statements and coordinating interviews and press conferences for Stryker – ensuring communication and direction from Stryker Corporate as appropriate
Ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of relevant communications experience
  • Solid experience in the development and delivery of internal communications strategies
  • Superior writing and editorial skills and the ability to produce high quality written material for a wide range of audiences
  • Passion for organisational strategy as well as everyday internal communications
