Job Description


Carry out Physio-Control product implementations, including coordination with the customer and internal support teams.    


• Manage the execution of the implementation of large regional and strategic customer’s solutions following the steps and processes as defined in the Implementation Process document and per our quality system requirements.

• Will be responsible for independently managing complex and high revenue generating projects based on the guidelines established in the Implementation Process document.

• Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.

• Plan an individual project for each customer assigned.

• Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs.

• Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use.

• Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan.

• Provide additional post-implementation support to customers on a tier-2 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities).

• Other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience

• Minimum of 2 years in project management  


• 5 or more years of general business experience

• Ability to work independently with occaisional guidance from senior team members or management

• PMP certification

• Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology.  Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word.

• Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth and wireless. 

• Records management and good record keeping practices

• Excellent task management including prioritization skills

• Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.

• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)

• Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented 

• Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills

• Customer relationship management skills

• Familiarity with Business Process improvement methodologies such as Lean

• Clinical or medical device/systems experience
