Our Indirect Channel Management (ICM) team is growing, and you could be part of this very exciting newly formed team.  (Please note this role can be based in UK (Newbury) or Amsterdam)

As the ICM Training Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of training to our Indirect Channel partners and the related internal teams.  In this global role you will be supporting ICM global deployment of instructor lead training (virtual and classroom style learning) and be responsible for the administration of the electronic learning management system and logistical support for the deployment across ICM .  As a point of contact for both internal and external partners your ability to problem solve and prioritise will be invaluable, as will your natural communication style at all levels.  You could be working with LATAM one moment, and Asia Pac the next, working across many different time zones and cultures, you will have a natural aptitude for being able to juggle many priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of service and knowing where to focus your time at any given moment. 

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and updating of training materials

  • Maintenance and updating of training portals (ICRC, Cornerstone, ICM Training Connect Site, SLSM)

  • Work with agencies and stakeholders on translation of training materials

  • Responsible for working with stakeholders to organise and schedule training sessions across the globe

  • Work collaboratively with SME’s, functions and divisions to develop/modify training resources

  • Act as a producer and facilitator for global training sessions

  • Work with branding team to ensure consistent look and feel of training, education and communications resources

  • Listen and identify opportunities for training Stryker personnel and ICs

  • Support the business with reports and data on training

  • Supporting the ICM global function with training related activities

  • Implement innovative strategies for the design, development and implementation of effective training

  • Develop surveys and analyse data to evaluate training effectiveness

  • Skill or experience in: change management, instructional design, training and education, indirect channel management, communication, project management

What you need:

  • Diploma required, undergraduate degree preferred

  • Experience of working in a similar role for a multinational company

  • Comfortable with presenting in face to face and virtual environments

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work with ambiguity at times

  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications

  • Expertise in learning systems administration virtual training facilitation and / design (e.g. Articulate) strongly preferred
