What will I be doing?




We want everyone who applies to Stryker to receive an amazing candidate experience, regardless of whether an offer is extended – this is where you come in! You are ultimately the face (or voice in a lot of instances) of Stryker and your interactions with our candidates will be plentiful! You will spend your days speaking with interesting people, hearing insights on what their natural strengths and talents are and helping them to understand the endless opportunities at Stryker. You will follow a candidate's journey; from proactively searching for them, chatting with them on the phone, arranging their on-site interview schedule, providing feedback after they've met with our team, all the way through to offer stage! A candidate will meet with many people throughout their recruitment process at Stryker but their ""go-to"" person will be you!




As part of our highly talented recruitment team, your role in maintaining our systems and reporting data is crucial in allowing us to provide invaluable insights into recruitment trends and to share our successes with the wider business.




As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Have a track record of exceeding expectations in everything you take on, both professionally and personally
