What you will do

As a HR Manager you will be responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to directors, managers and employees and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market.  The HR Manager provides HR partnership to managers and directors focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes by executing the business unit HR strategy.  The HR Manager performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting and change management and partners with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to meet the needs of their assigned business unit.  They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and work with business clients and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

  • Being a Co-Pilot for the Business Leaders & stakeholders and acting as HRBP on any HR related topic to support driving business results
  • Coach and guide local HR team members on their development and progress
  • Keep the alignment between global and local HR calendar and share best practices with HR team
  • Act as consultant and advise both employees and managers on any employee relation issues considering local regulations and legislation's
  • Work with managers closely on employee engagement relevant topics
  • Manage and improve best practices on recruitment-selection and orientation processes by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Management partner to define needs and execute corporate initiatives
  • Manage and develop company strategies on the area of Compensation and Benefits by collaboration relevant COEs
  • Manage monthly payroll processes and ensure the data accuracy and completion of the obligations with the local authorities Follow up and implement corporate and/or Regional HR policies and procedures

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 8 years’ experience in HR
  • Highly skilled in problem solving
  • Highly skilled in change management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to manage conflict
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-drive and solution focused
  • Fluent in English

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: 10%
