Have you always wanted a challenging role in a growing organization in that will develop your professional skillset? Stryker has made another acquisition and is seeking a strong HR professional to develop and execute the integration activities of Hygia Health Services. You will lead the transformation in this highly visible role. The most important part of this acquisition is the people, so strong change management skills are required. You will wear several hats and interface with many different teams, being the liaison that ensures alignment and a clear sense of direction. Planning and strategy will be the majority of your scope, but we also need someone who isn’t afraid to get tactical to ensure proper migration of employee information and processes.

We’re looking for someone who can:
  • Serve as the face of HR to all employees.
  • Plan and execute the integration of all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in both organizations.
  • Contribute to the company philosophy of providing quality service by treating all individuals with courtesy and sensitivity.
  • Participate in creating a professional environment that is engaging for all employees.
  • Partner with onsite Human Resources workforce and enhance teamwork by showing a willingness to be flexible in responding to the challenges facing employees at all levels.
  • Engage in difficult conversations with confidence, tact and compassion.
  • Exercise good judgement in all HR matters.

Job Requirements

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources or equivalent related experience.
  • PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgement effectively.
  • Ability to effectively lead change management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong human relations skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees with empathy.
