Job Description

The Product Manager - HealthEMS is responsible for articulating market requirements and opportunities to the product marketing team. This role will identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements and work with research regarding product development.

Job Requirements

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Track and record product road map
• Translate market opportunities into actionable product development inputs
• Prepare product documents and product use cases to drive product activity
• Manage and communicate with cross functional teams
• Serve as the voice of both the customer and the business on product development teams, serve as both internal and external product expert
• Liaise with advertising and public relations to promote product
• Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
• Collaborate on sales tools and sales training material
• Provide input for marketing collateral development
• Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
• Use end user feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years applicable experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept in driving alignment and understanding across multiple functions (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales, etc).
• Previous product management or related experience
• Previous experience in a SaaS organization
• HealthEMS Product experience
• Demonstrable blend of analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, innovative and pragmatic approaches.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Project management skills proficient in relevant software applications
