What you will do


The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Analyst II position supports the Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning functions in areas of ERP system business support & improvement work, analysis & metric reporting across the supply chain network and supporting process improvement project work. The GSC Analyst II will create specifications, test system changes, and implement new business systems to improve the efficiency of the planning process and help integrate different process & systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build analytical tools to help manage our supply, demand and inventory management processes.
  • Improve and add to our current metrics via report development.
  • Acts as Global Supply Chain business superuser for ERP and other supply chain systems.
  • Perform data analysis as required to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain planning processes.
  • Participate in supply chain process improvement projects to improve product flow such as reducing lead times and improving regional inventory management.
  • Help resolve key issues with support from functional management as necessary.
  • Develop and publish work instructions for key business processes as required.

What you need

  • 2+ years’ work experience in a Supply Chain or Operations Analyst role.
  • Strong experience with advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL, Visual Basic and macros.
  • PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP applications, Oracle ASCP and IBM Cognos Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to collect, interpret and analyze complex data from different systems / sources to help with decision making and driving actions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
