In this role, you will be working across functions and products facilitating solutions to our customers’ requirements.You will be responsible for:

  • Improving and developing Stryker’s Financial Solutions offerings

  • Solution construction and facilitation

  • Building and maintaining key Finance and Procurement customer relationships and developing advocacy for Stryker’s Financial Solution offerings

  • Managing Vendor finance relationships

  • Building strong relationships across Stryker’s sales team

  • Achievement of Financial Solutions sales quota

  • Contract Lifecycle Management for all Financial Solutions programs

  • Improve and innovate more effective Financial Solutions offerings

 Skills and Experience:

  • High level of business acumen. In depth understanding of finance and procurement functions within corporations. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse range of people.

  • Expert understanding of Banking and Financial Services particularly in equipment finance

  • The person in this role ideally has a banking, commerce or accounting qualification or similar business/commercial tertiary qualifications.

  • Experience in Capital Markets preferably in both sales and capital intensive procuring businesses
