Job Description

In this role you support the Royalty process as well as the Lead Analyst Security & Controls. You will perform activities to ensure accurate and timely Royalty payments as well as support activities in the Security & Controls area with primary focus on system access controls. The Financial Analyst Royalties and Security & Controls is a key member of the Internal Controls Team in the European Finance Shared Service Centre (EFSSC). Your main accountability will be:
  • Accurate and timely Royalty calculation and reporting activities
  • Work with P2P to support Royalty payments (invoice creation and payment instructions)
  • Support system access requests and related Segregation of Duty activities
  • Periodic access review coordination
  • Support an effective system of Internal Controls, including Internal/External audits
  • Being an active member of the Internal Controls Team
  • Actively support the Shared Service vision in Stryker
  • Support a Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Support the business
The role is reporting to the Internal Controls Manager in the EFSSC.

Job Requirements

Profile:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in finance combined with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Experience with royalty calculations
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus.
  • Familiar with data base management and strong Excel capabilities
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
  • High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
  • Accustomed to working under pressure and with deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Preferable living in the Amsterdam area
