Job Description

"Monitors and bills the Supplier’s Equipment Agreement portfolio. Maintains accounting records and procedures; and ensures the accountable compilation, analysis, and reporting of all usage related transactions. 

  • Independently manage portfolio of finance deals, payments to funding partners, payment histories & buyout quote reconciliation

  • Work with European and in-country customer service, finance, and pricing & tender teams to package deals for funding partners and to manage the portfolio

  • Maintain receipts and disbursement reports and may submit periodic reports on assigned portfolio to funding partners, divisional contacts, and management

  • Effectively answer basic, finance related questions for internal operations, sales, business leaders, and end customers

  • Analyze and resolve unique situations requiring little to no guidance

  • Reconcile receivable accounts and provide accounts receivable or general accounting assistance as needed

  • Facilitate internal and external audits of portfolio

  • Manage the agreements at end of term to upgrade equipment and facilitate the return of old equipment

  • Other duties as assigned

        Role Qualifications

  • Must be able to review printed materials

  • Must be able to use standard office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, telephone, etc.)

  • Must be able to create, improve, and execute on standard processes and procedures.

  • Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine accounting issues using independent judgment

  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies and errors (e.g. in the printed word, accounting reports or statements, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel, Access & Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for producing quality work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to drive execution and achieve business results

Valued, but not required skills and experience

  • Computer literacy:  Microsoft office products, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP

  • General account knowledge

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

   Physical demands and work environment

  • Physical demands: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc. Generally involves sitting most of the time.

,Education Bachelor’s Degree (or its global equivalent) from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.  Experience

  • 3-5 years general accounting, reconciliation, finance or related experience

  • 2-3 years equipment leasing experience preferred
