Job Description:

To maintain repairs and preventive maintenance service on Stryker Medical products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. 

Deliver technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers: Hospitals and Ambulances


Service Responsibility

  • Repair and check Medical electronic & mechanical Stryker products
  • Do annual check and calibration according to MDR
  • Plan and fulfill Service contracts at customer site
  • Software & Hardware Upgrades
  • Delivery of technical Instructions to customers and internal.


  • Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
  • Scheduling of Customer visits in cooperation with service supervisor
  • Ensure traceability of all field based Stryker products through reporting tools
  • Attend team meetings, deliver high engagement to encourage team development

Sales Support

  • Give technical support to the Sales Department
  • Give IT support on certain instruments
  • Escalate sales opportunities

Head office support

  • Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer initiated issues

Working conditions

  • work will take place in a varied range of scenarios, primary onsite at hospitals and EMS (Ambulance)
  • Field Service Engineers will be expected to engage with key customers and provide best customer experience
  • Travel will be a regular occurrence within the team region


  • Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical
  • Medical Physics
  • Technology Subjects
  • IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good skills in Nordic languages and English


  • Minimum 3 years experience in electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the hospital and health environment

  • You on can expect overnight travel average 4 days per month
