The Field Inventory Analyst is responsible for the execution of process improvements and supply chain excellence in The CMF division’s field-based organization through influence and interaction with the sales personnel.

Specific responsibilities of the Field Inventory Analyst include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Process field inventory orders using analytical tool which assesses current levels of inventory as well as past sales history
  • Calculate Key Performance Indicators around field inventory orders vs. sales
  • Analyze consignment inventory requests based on discussions with sales, marketing, and finance
  • Assist with field operations budgeting and attainment cost of sales targets by focusing the sales team on regionally specific sales budgets
  • Participate in the development of field operation training material and the execution of training
  • Regular written communication with the sales team on goal attainment
  • Build enduring, productive relationships with Sales Directors, Regional Managers, Sales Reps and other office personnel
  • Create, implement and roll-out tools to the field aimed at improving operational efficiency

Job Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar area of study required.

Ideal candidates will also possess the following skills/experience:
  • 0-2 years Supply Chain experience
  • Ability to influence and motivate a team of cross-functional associates to achieve desired operational results
  • Must have a strong attention to detail efficient, accurate, timely and thorough, with focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of and experience with MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with the desire and ability to build a strong set of field inventory best practices within CMF
