Stryker Sports Medicine is looking for Top Performing Sales Talent to drive our Field Education Program to the next level!

In this role you will drive market strategies by building and executing regional programs focused on Sports Medicine products in key reginal markets. Cultivate relationships and manage engagements with regional KOLs and serve as liaison between these physicians and the Business.  Engage physicians and sales force with educational and peer-to-peer programs and execute pathway education programs to drive patients to key accounts.

**This role can be based flexibly throughout the US w/convenient air travel access**

What You will Do:

  • Develop and execute high quality product technology-focused programs for various HCPs involved in Sports Medicine patient care
  • Align with SM Marketing on product launch and life cycle strategies and build and execute programs to support their objectives
  • Partner with US Sales Management (multi-region responsibility) to develop targeted strategies to execute field based educational programs/activities in alignment with business objectives
  • Manage and cultivate the field-based US Market KOL Program (KOL specialty, experience, service opportunity)
  • Identify opportunities for KOLs to support field-based programs, podium strategy, clinical engagements and R&D needs
  • Manage strategy and process for KOLs and contracted speakers in partnership with the Professional Affairs team
  • Manage consultant participation in Stryker programs via the CAPS system from initial planning phase through completion of event, ensuring timely entries and necessary follow-up with consultant and internal partners to maintain excellent customer experience
  • Partner with the US Clinical, R&D, and Economics & Reimbursement teams on field-based initiatives and KOL strategy and utilization
  • Execute patient pathway education and optimization programs in alignment with sales management and business objectives
  • Build clinical and technical acumen through on-the-job training, educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and customer engagement
  • Maintain high level of communication with Sales Management around program needs, key accounts and field activities 
  • Maintain Quality standard in all aspects of work by adherence to compliance requirements and timely completion of all related training
  • Manage Operating Expenses within budget in coordination with business unit  Finance Managers 

What Stryker is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of clinical or sales experience in the medical device industry
  • 2+ years of Sports Medicine specific experience strongly preferred
  • Track record of strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 70%
